Conditions for Rental

• Monthly rental October 01 until May 31- contact us.           

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve. Full refund up to 60 days prior to the beginning of the vacation period. No refund less 60 days prior to vacation.

• $65 Euro cleaning fee.

• Minimum 1 week rental.
